Bulk parser/renderer for the remaining sml.xsd elements outside the typed sml-pivot-tables, sml-calculation, sml-sheet-config, sml-workbook-config and sml-form-controls modules. Generic { kind, attrs, children } shape preserves anything that isn't typed elsewhere.
